Meet the Brooke Downs Vennard LLP Team,

Representing Brooke Downs Vennard LLP, Aleisha Goodman, Ryan Scorgie, Kelly Fournier, and Violet Denty are stepping onto the dance floor with one shared goal—to support the Shuswap Hospice Society and the compassionate care it provides to local families.

Together, they bring a mix of legal expertise, community involvement, and a willingness to laugh at themselves for a great cause. Several team members have witnessed the incredible impact Hospice has on patients and families, whether through personal experience or supporting clients during some of life’s most difficult moments. That perspective has made this fundraiser especially meaningful.

Outside the office, the team is deeply rooted in the Shuswap. Between them are thirteen children, four grandchildren, plenty of pets, years of volunteering with local schools, sports organizations, and community boards, and a long history of supporting local charities and businesses. When they’re not practicing law or supporting clients, you’ll find them camping, hiking, crafting, skiing, gardening, boating, reading, or spending time with family.

Dance experience ranges from childhood recitals and stage performances to, as one teammate admits, “absolutely none!” But what they may lack in choreography, they’ll make up for with enthusiasm, teamwork, humour, and a shared commitment to raising funds for Hospice. They’re proud to represent their firm, support their community, and help make a lasting difference for local families.
